Mr. Shah has more than 55 years of experience in supervising commercial laboratories, consulting foundry metallurgists, and completing product failure analysis.

Mr. Shah founded APL, Inc. in 1976. He is a metallurgist in the truest sense. He received a B.S. in Physics, B.E. in Metallurgical Engineering, and is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Wisconsin.

Dr. Tarla Shah is a Vice President of APL, Inc.

Dr. Shah has multiple management responsibilities and has vast experience in personnel supervision.

Rakesh supervises all day-to-day operations and ensures that everything is running smoothly.

Rakesh oversees all administrative and operational aspects of the company including employee management, project management, communication, purchasing, technology, etc.

Jayne manages all daily communications with customers including the issuance of certificates of testing.

Jayne is responsible for all accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and invoice generation. Jayne also has responsibility for office personnel management, customer service, purchasing, and other daily operational functions..

Joe has over 30 years of quality assurance and machine shop experience.

Joe is responsible for all of the quality conformance requirements per ISO 17025 as well as all instrumentation, calibration, standards and written procedures. He ensures that everything is done in accordance to and compliant with national and international organizations.
